Using the kit

Our kit is based on our practical experience of cleaning inside windows. The benefits include no odour and smear free results. Following our step by step process will ensure your efforts are rewarded by visibly clear windows, throughout your home. The 3 step process is very simple, quick and easy.

On opening the box you will find one 250ml spray bottle, one 250ml refill bottle, two red microfibre cleaning cloths and two green glass cleaning cloths. The spray bottle gives a minimal even spray distribution and combined with the refill bottle will last for many window cleaning sessions.

The cleaning cloths are specially designed for the process and adhering to the care instructions will ensure your kit remains optimal for future cleaning.

The kit will also produce excellent results on other household items such as mirrors and reading glasses.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

STEP 1

Using the spray bottle spray a light mist over the glass from around 8" away, ensuring the whole of the glass is covered.

STEP 2

Using a red microfibre cloth and medium pressure against the glass wipe over the whole of the glass from top to bottom, ensuring corners are cleaned. At this stage it is not necessary to remove all of the cleaning solution as you are absorbing dust and dirt into the cloth. For more stubborn marks spot spray over the marks and wipe with increased pressure. As more windows are cleaned we would recommend using the second cloth to continue cleaning, usually a cloth for downstairs and a cloth for upstairs.

STEP 3

Using the green glass cleaning cloth wipe over the whole glass thoroughly to clean and polish the window. As more windows are cleaned we would recommend using the second cloth to continue cleaning, usually a cloth for downstairs and a cloth for upstairs.
 

LOOKING AFTER YOUR KIT

Continued cleaning of your windows will mean your cloths are doing their job and removing the dust and marks and will ultimately require a washing process. Depending on the number of windows cleaned in your home this will define when your cloths need washing. As a suggested cleaning routine we recommend your cloths are cleaned after cleaning all of your windows. Please follow the care instructions on the tags of the cloths to ensure future cleans are as good as the last clean and your cloths remain in good condition. Wash your cloths only on a 70 degree wash, with no detergent added. Allow your cloths to dry naturally.  Do not iron.
